XTERRA Trail Runs

The XTERRA Trail Runs on 4 April 2027 are held as part of the XTERRA Dunsborough weekend in Western Australia. The details on this page are based on the previous event and subject to change; we will update this listing as more information comes to hand. The 12km, 21km Half Marathon and 42km Marathon races are standalone trail running events, run independently of the weekend's triathlons. The Marathon is the premier trail running event of the weekend and is also the Asia-Pacific Trail Marathon Championship. It follows a spectacular course through Meelup Regional Park to Cape Naturaliste and back again. This demanding course will test all runners with plenty of variety including technical trails, 4WD tracks and sandy paths – all through this wilderness paradise. The Half Marathon is also the Asia-Pacific Trail Half Marathon Championship on coastline and hinterland trails in Meelup Regional Park with stunning views across Geographe Bay. Rapid Ascent
