The Cobb & Co Backyard Ultra, starting on 14 November 2026, is set at the historic Nine Mile Camping Grounds, Tandur, Sunshine Coast.
A Backyard Ultra is a form of ultramarathon race where competitors must consecutively run a 6.7km course in less than one hour, every hour, until there is only one person left. The ultimate triumph belongs to the Last One Standing, the sole victor to complete a loop on their own.
Set entirely within the campground, the course keeps runners, crew and spectators close to the action.
