Smurf's Backyard Ultra starting on 24 October 2026 is a last one standing endurance event set in tropical Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia.
The course traverses 6.7km of the famous Smithfield Mountain Bike Trails, with runners tackling a lap on the hour, every hour, until they can no longer continue.
This event also includes the Mini Backyard - an option for up to 6 laps for those not planning on going long.
