Australian 6 Day Ultra Marathon

The Australian 6 Day Ultra from 27 September to 3 October 2026 is an iconic ultramarathon Festival held at Thorndon Park in the suburbs north of Adelaide. This multi-day endurance challenge is held on a 1.4km loop of the Thorndon Park reservoir - a scenic public reservoir shared with native koalas, bin chickens and local walkers. Runners see how far they can run in 6 days. As well as the main 6-Day race, the event also includes 72 and 48 hour sub events, timed so that everyone finishes their race at the same time.
