Canberra Runners Winter Series: Goorooyaroo Off Road Half Marathon

The Goorooyaroo Off Road Half Marathon on 19 September 2026 is organised by Canberra Runners and forms part of their Winter Series. This cross country event is an out and back on dirt roads through Mulligans Flat and Goorooyarroo Nature Reserves. The 21.1km can be run in a relay team of 2, and there is also a 14km distance. The Winter Series events are held on Saturdays from late April until mid-September. The series includes 3 longer races at West Basin (16km), Stromlo Forest Park (16km) and the 21.1km off-road half marathon at Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve. Canberra Runners holds many races each year ranging from 1.6km to half marathons and a 100km multi-stage event. The club welcomes non-members to all club races for a fee.
