The EVA Air Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival on 2 August 2026 includes a full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10km, 5km & 2km fun run events.
Each road race follows the stunning coastline of Alexandra Headland with white sandy beaches and spectacular vantage points alongside the ocean. The Marathon and Half Marathon are both one-loop courses taking runners along a predominantly fast and flat route with on-course entertainment and crowds of spectators before a carpet ‘hero’ finish.
Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, just an hour's drive north of Brisbane, this event is timed to make the most of the ideal Queensland winter running conditions.
