Airlie Beach Triathlon

The annual Airlie Beach Triathlon has become a signature race on the North Queensland Triathlon calendar with the next event from 25 to 26 July 2026. Distances include enticer, sprint and the flagship standard - there's a race option for everyone including the first timer, age grouper, seasoned professional and teams. This is the perfect time of year to hold a triathlon in the beautiful Whitsundays. The mean temperature in August is expected to be around 24 degrees, perfect for athletes and spectators alike. The event is hosted by the Whitsunday Triathlon Club.
